Morgan’s Bridal Portraits

Our beautiful daughter got married, so we can finally post her pictures! It was so fun to be able to take her bridal portraits. It was a busy day. Morgan flew in Friday night. Then up early for hair and makeup, meeting with DJ and bridal shower….oh and we squeezed in her bridal portrait session. You would think if it is the photographer’s child you would get more time! We used two locations. The first stop was our favorite spot, The Texas State Capitol. The marble floors, columns and the stair cases always create a beautiful setting. Consistently, we get an awesome image in the underground extention hallway. We are biased, but we think she looks stunning. Then off to Mayfield Park in 104 degree heat. The Mayfield-Gutsch Estate is a historic home and park grounds originally built in the 1870s, the cottage was purchased by former Texas Secretary of State, Allison Mayfield in 1909. We shot fast because Morgan and her sister, Lauren, who was there to help were melting fast! It was so hot the we couldn’t get the peacocks to play with us. The garden arch and brick tower make for some great pictures. See more at http://www.jmarkphotography.com/
