Emily and Dan'l

This couple bleeds UT orange. They had originally thought we would roam around SoCo, but SXSW changed that plan, so the second best place? UT of course. Dan'l just recently took a job in Louisiana and Emily is finishing up her final classes at UT. They will have to do the long distance thing for a few more months. Super sweet couple that will have their wedding at Vintage Villa's in a few short months.

Molly and Michael - The Austin Stone Community Church and UT AT&T Conference Center

Molly and Michael had their wedding on June 16th at the Austin Stone Community Church. This is not your typical church setting but it sure is a fun one! I bet the place "rocks" out during the services. A large urban warehouse was made warm and glowy with deep purple, damask and lots of candles. The ceremony was unique and customized just for this couple. Words were from the heart and with the hand of God. Then off to the reception at the UT AT&T Conference Center in beautiful Austin, TX! We were super thrilled to be their wedding photographers. We loved everything about this wedding from the awesome coordination by Jessica, the gobo name and up lighting and superior DJing from Austin Party Machine - the dance floor was always packed. What a bunch of Aggies and Longhorns. The cakes were both beautiful and memorable and we hear baked and decorated by a family friend. An exit to bubbles and a pedicab ended the wonderful event. The couple is honeymooning at Disney World. Have fun guys and thanks for taking us along on the ride!

Schandra's bridal session

It was so hard to wait until after the wedding to post pictures of Schandra's bridal portrait session at Zikler Botanical Gardens. It was a beautiful day and we were like kids in a candy store. So many pretty places to pose this stunningly beautiful bride! We did not want the session to end. Schandra is charming both inside and out and it shows in her pictures. Did you notice the funky shoes? Well anyway, she is a UT graduate and big time fan. We ended her session in front of the gates at the Darrell K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium. Schandra really wanted to reflect her love for her school and Texas. We really don't get the whole UT thing...for us it is a funny orange color (smile), but we simply love Schandra - so we will have to end saying "Hook'em Horns".
