Jessica and Nick at St. Joseph’s, Bryan, TX

Pink and grey was the theme of the day. The parish hall behind the church was the location of the reception. Pretty convenient! Jessica’s parents did a great job of decorating the hall and creating a really beautiful setting. The day started out with some pictures outside. It was a beautiful day, but a bit windy. Then we had the pleasure of meeting the coolest Catholic priest around. NO RULES, we could use flash, go up on the altar, upstairs, you name it – I think that might have been a first! They had a wonderful ceremony followed by family pictures and a very lively reception. Tearful toasts, yummy cake and lots of dancing and an exit to bubbles rounded out the night. The couple left for their honeymoon on the beautiful island of St. Lucia.

 

 

 

The Bauer Family @Lady Bird Lake

We photographed Priscilla and Oscars wedding about three years ago at the Planation House. We were thrilled when they called and asked us to take a family session with their 2 year old son! Wow, it seems like just yesterday... The little guy knew to say cheese to smile, but quickly grew tired of smiling and looking at the camera. 20 minutes max is about all you get out of a two year old. Luckily, that is all we needed!

Before Morgan’s baby shower we captured a solo session in the studio. Owen is due in April. Can't wait to meet the little guy.

 

Then we met up for an outdoor session a couple of weeks and a lot of driving later. Aren't these guys awesome?

Jamus at 6 days old

Meet Jamus. What a sweet little guy. We were lucky enough to photograph his parent’s wedding a few years ago so when it came time for his first photo session we got the call. We love shooting these sessions and seeing all of the brand new babies. His mom did a great job getting him ready for us and he did a great job too (except for when he pee'd on dad). Take a look.
