Carley is now Mrs. Cardwell so we can post her bridal portrait session taken at
the Texas State Capitol. We had a great time with her family. Mom, Cindy made
her wedding gown. She is one talented seamstress. A beautiful bride combined
with the lighting in the Capitol extension and outside rotunda always produces
exceptional portraits.

Carley and William @ Texas Old Town
Carley and William hosted a wonderful event for family and friends at Texas Old
Town. Carley wore two wedding gowns, both made by her mother. The first a long
gown with train for the ceremony which was attended by about 40 family members
and close friends and then she changed into a floor length, lighter dress with
boot (of course) for a reception for 100 guests. Carley and WIlliam decided to
have a "first glance" and then take all the pictures before the ceremony. A
simple ceremony and off to a fun filled reception. Lots of details went into the
decorations and place settings. Red and brown were the signature colors with
candles, barbed wire wreaths on each table with candles and flowers in the
middle. BBQ, beer and lots of boot scooting to Train Wreck. We love weddings
with bands! We had never heard Train Wreck but must say they were really good.
They play a mix of classic rock and Texas blues. Carley works as an x-ray
inspector for the state health department and William works for Texas State
University. A week before the wedding, they closed on their first home and
moved! Crazy kids. They will be honeymooning after Christmas taking a
Mediterranean cruise.

Pet Photos with Unleashed Unlimited
We had the opportunity to shoot some pet photos with Paul and Tracey of
Unleashed Unlimited again this year. Always a fun thing to do, especially when a
reindeer shows up. I think we captured some really good ones. Here are just a
few to check out.

Carino's Cares Foundation and Charity Golf Tournament at the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort
It was a pleasure to be asked back as the volunteer photographer for the
Carino's Cares Foundation and Charity Golf Tournament at the Hyatt Lost Pines
Resort in Bastrop, TX. Wonderful group of people, great cause and lots of money
raised! They hosted a dinner, presented awards, and held a casino night with a golf tournament the next day. I think everyone had a great time for a really good cause.
