Tiffany and Tanner

Tiffany and Tanner were married on April 25, 2009 at the University Christian Church in Austin, Texas. They held their reception at the Omni Hotel in downtown Austin after a brief stop at the Capitol for a few photos. Tanner currently a firefighter and a Marine reservist. Great couple, great family, with a fun wedding and reception. Check out all of their fun at http://www.jmarkphotography.com/ - "find your photos".

Stacy

This week we had a photo session with Stacy, as graduating senior from St. Ed's here in Austin. We had a great time and Stacy got a chance to play with the peacocks. She is planning to move to Columbia to teach English after graduation. Pretty exciting stuff. Check out the rest of her photos at http://www.jmarkphotography.com/

Kaylie, Brittany and Tyler

These 3 soon to be college graduates and friends wanted some photos taken to mark the day and they selected J Mark Photography (http://www.jmarkphotography.com/) to do the job. Taking the shots was the easy part with these good looking folks. Scheduling was a whole other thing. They needed shots taken on Friday and files delivered on the following Saturday morning. Wow. The rain held off on Friday so we were able to get the sessions in at a local park here in Austin. And with a little midnight oil and elbow grease we got the job done on time. I think everyone was happy with the results. Here are a few samples. Oh, I forgot to mention the Tyler is a member of the Texas State Cycling Team and went on a solo trip across the USA this year in 24 days. Pretty Cool!!!

Canaan

Here are a few samples from a Senior Portrait Sitting with Canaan. We shot this session at Canaan's Grandparent's place here in Austin. What a great location with some Austin history. It was a casino back in the day. Cool. Can you tell Canaan is a little into music? I thought so. See more at http://www.jmarkphotography.com/

Reena and Biral

Here are a few samples from our recent engagement session with Reena and Biral. We used a park we like here in Round Rock again. We slant our style to meet the desires of the subjects. In this case Reena was looking for mostly close, romantic feeling poses. I think you will agree that we were able to deliver. But then we had excellent subjects. Can you tell that a rose was integral to the shoot? See the complete results of the shoot at http://www.photoreflect.com/pr3/thumbpage.aspx?e=4686149 and as always you can find more samples at our web site http://www.jmarkphotography.com/ .

Kristi and Patrick

We had great fun with Kristi, Patrick, and their families for their wedding on the 11th. Here are a few sample photos from the big night. Being able to shoot in the small vineyard that surrounds the restaurant was a great experience. The bride and her party prepared up on the third floor while the groom and his guys hung out in the basement wine cellar. The event was held at the Vineyards Restaurant (http://www.thevineyards.org/) just north of San Antonio. The food was delicious, the staff was very attentive to everyone's needs and kept things moving along throughout the night up to and including a fireworks send off for Kristi and Patrick. Trash the Dress

A trash the dress session is a really fun opportunity to get dressed up and get some exciting pictures made. It is an opportunity to let the exuberant side your personality show through. And it is a chance to get some more use out of that dress that you will never wear again. No you won't. And don't even try telling me you are saving it for your daughter. Did you even consider wearing your mother's dress? I didn't think so. So let's get out there and wash an old car, work on an engine, go off the board at Barton Springs, play in the surf or in a river. Check out these samples and see more at www.jmarkphotography.com
