Kymberly

Baby Bellies are the cutest things ever! We photographed Charles and Kymberly's wedding a few years ago, so this was a true joy for us. Charles is in the Army and currently deployed to Iraq. He should be home for Miss Leighton's arrival in this wonderful world and then will need to return for another 5 months. If all works out, Vicki hopes to be in the delivery room for the very first pictures and then Mark is going to take "itty bitty baby" pictures in the first 10 days, so you will get to see lots of Leighton in the next month or so. Pregnancy agrees with Kymberly and we were honored to capture this special time in her life.

Come on ... You know you want to do it!

Courtney came to visit us about shooting her wedding but we were already scheduled to be on vacation...sad face. However, she liked our work and was so comfortable with us, she called us about a Boudoir Session...happy face! She brought her maid of honor, Nikki, to join in on the session. With nothing more revealing then a swim suit, this is a super fun way to celebrate your wedding. Wouldn't this make a fun and the most memorial bachelorette party or bridal shower?

Meet Mollee!

This sweet little girl was 5 days old when we had her first photo shoot! A thrill for us, because we photographed Jennifer and H's wedding a couple of years ago. Miss Mollee is so tiny. We tried to put on a bonnet and it about swallowed her whole body. Mollee had been up much of the night before this session and then slept the day away. When we arrived, she really had no desire to sleep! However, with a little patience we succeeded in getting some simply beautiful shots of this pretty little girl. We are using natural lighting for these sessions and the only sad part was after a couple of hours, we lost our sunlight and it had to end! We hope to see Mollee again, very soon.

Schandra's bridal session

It was so hard to wait until after the wedding to post pictures of Schandra's bridal portrait session at Zikler Botanical Gardens. It was a beautiful day and we were like kids in a candy store. So many pretty places to pose this stunningly beautiful bride! We did not want the session to end. Schandra is charming both inside and out and it shows in her pictures. Did you notice the funky shoes? Well anyway, she is a UT graduate and big time fan. We ended her session in front of the gates at the Darrell K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium. Schandra really wanted to reflect her love for her school and Texas. We really don't get the whole UT thing...for us it is a funny orange color (smile), but we simply love Schandra - so we will have to end saying "Hook'em Horns".

Schandra and Matt

There is nothing better than getting to know our couples through photography. We started with their awesome engagement session with Bevo, then a lovely bridal session and a sneak peak at Schandra's dress and finally their wedding at Star Ranch Golf Course in Hutto. Lemon yellow with black and white damask were the colors Schandra picked. Matt is a funny guy. He added humor to the occasion by wearing a sweat band as he waited at the alter. Could have been for nerves or the near 100 degree heat ...or just to make the guests laugh, which they did! Schandra is a "t" tiny little thing and looked like a barbie doll in her stunning dress. She was the sweetest bride who had the most awesome set of bridesmaids that supported her through the day and night. To smash cake or not to smash cake?... that is the question. Well, smashing makes a great photo! The reception was super fun. Guests danced the night away and had lots of craziness in our live photo booth. Sparklers for the exit that was suppose to be a waiting limo. Showing how laid back this couple was, they went to "Plan B" and departed in a golf cart and drove around the parking lot for a few minutes. Super cute! Matt, Schandra and some close friends left on a fun cruise for their honeymoon. We hope they had a great time.... And hey don't forget a great sunset to send them off... and oh yeah the photo booth. Check it all out right here.
