Ethan’s parents Chris and Andrea both work for the state health department. Chris supports software development and Andrea is a trainer. Andrea was anxiously awaiting the arrival of Ethan and he was sure snug as a bug right where he was. After several days in the hospital, this little champ made his appearance. He was a big baby and wonderfully healthy. Ethan was a pro during his first professional photo shoot. Enjoy some pictures of one of our newest little Texans!

Meet Owen

Owen Cecil Ludwick is our third grandson! Our daughter, Morgan and son-in-law, Zane had given us a wonderful new gift and added to our growing family. We traveled to Arkansas to spend the first week of life with Owen and to take his newborn pictures. He was a sleeper extraordinaire! We think he is pretty special and his mom and dad are doing a wonderful job. We can’t wait until the three grandsons are bigger and we can do all sorts of boy things with them!

Jamus at 6 days old

Meet Jamus. What a sweet little guy. We were lucky enough to photograph his parent’s wedding a few years ago so when it came time for his first photo session we got the call. We love shooting these sessions and seeing all of the brand new babies. His mom did a great job getting him ready for us and he did a great job too (except for when he pee'd on dad). Take a look.

Austin at 18 months

We reinforced our knowledge that 18 months is a tough age for portraits in a studio. This little man just wanted to run and play… and definitely didn’t want to sit! But through some creativity, we got some wonderful images. Isn’t he such a cutie?

 

Miss Ella @ 5days - In home newborn session

We don't get to do these sessions near enough! But we sure have fun when we can. We photographed Andrew and Kate's wedding, newborn session for big sister, Melissa and now Ella. Watching young families grow is a cool "perk" we get as photographers. Miss Ella was wide awake and not hardly a peep out of her the entire session. Check out Melissa reading Ella the Elephant to her baby sister.
