We had the pleasure of photographing Natasha and John's wedding at the lovely
Kindred Oaks last weekend. For dresses and decorations, Natasha selected spring
rainbow colors with the popular shabby chic feel. A rainbow symbolizes
"hope" which is a nice addition to the decorations. Don't you just love the new
"LOVE" letters? Natasha hung uber cute fabric pennant banners around
the pavilion. She was walked down the aisle by her bestie and grandmother.
The sweet ceremony was conducted by a close family friend. Then off to a fun
filled reception. Wonderful food was provided by Capitol BBQ, superior DJing by D&C Entertainment, ace coordination by Donna Aleman with Ame
Soeur and the rest of the wonderful staff at KO all made the day perfect for
Natasha and John. Plus, the live photo booth was hoppin'. An exit to sparklers
ended the night. The couple met at their workplace, Dell and I bet they are very happy to
be spending the next two weeks in beautiful Hawaii!

Andrea and Chad - South Congress Engagement Session
You would never know by looking at the pictures that it was 102 and blazing
sunshine when we took this engagement session! We had a great time roaming
around SoCo with this fun couple - sweat and all! Andrea is an elementary
school teacher in San Antonio and Chad works with adolescents with behavior
problems in Kyle. Wow... both have super hard jobs. Add in planning and
organizing a wedding - they sure have their hands full. We can't imagine the
miles they have put on their cars commuting between their two homes. We are
so glad we met this young couple and excited that they selected us to photograph
their wedding in November at the lovely Kindred Oaks. Ahhh November... cool
weather!

Sarah and Anthony at St. Williams and Kindred Oaks
Thursday may become the new Saturday in the wedding world! And, WOW what a great
choice for Anthony and Sarah. You get the venue you want, their photographers (us
- smile!) were not already booked and they had a ton of guests that stayed
dancing to the last dance! St. Williams is so pretty and then add in an
incredibly beautiful bride and you get a simply stunning combination. After
mass, we took formal pictures hoping to take fun pictures with the new LOVE
letters at Kindred Oaks but the weather did not cooperate. A cold front and rain
blew in but things were nice and toasty inside the pavilion at Kindred Oaks.
Kindred Oaks does such a wonderful job, I don't think anyone noticed the rain.
Especially not Sarah and Anthony who said that they had the time of their lives.
Check out the chandelier backdrop and fireplace K.O. has added. Delicious
Carino's catering, wonderful Cakes by Kathy, toasts, dancing, fun in the live
photo booth, and an exit to glow sticks ended the night. The couple are doing a
Texas honeymoon hitting the wine country - Cheers!
