Kelsi and Gary @ Round Rock Memorial Park

Kelsi and Gary had a cute idea for the engagement pictures. Check out how their pups announced the wedding date. We thought getting two dogs to cooperate might be tough, but nope… they were great. We are having such beautiful weather in central Texas. Vibrant colors along with a wonderful couple made for a super enjoyable afternoon. Kelsi and Gary will marry next year at their home.

Ken and Nancy

We asked Ken and Nancy if their portrait session was to commemorate a special anniversary. Nancy told us that her parents have such wonderful pictures taken throughout their marriage they wanted to make sure they left the same legacy for their children. How awesome is that? We are honored to call them friends and have shared laughs over a glass of wine. It had been four years since their last professional portrait session. We are glad that they selected us. Enjoy a sneak peak at their session.

Julie and Edgar's Round Rock Engagement Session

Fall in central Texas is simply beautiful this year. Check out the colors …and this super cute and fun couple, also! They are super at ease with each other. It is always fun to include a loved pup and this one sure was a sweetheart. Julie and Edgar are gentle and caring with each other and they love to laugh. They were wonderful to work with. They will marry next year at Angel Springs vent Center.

Becky and Nathan – Round Rock

We want to thank this couple for making the trek from Lockhart to visit us for their engagement session! I have worked with Becky’s dad for years and was super thrilled when he contacted us about photographing his daughter’s wedding. We started on railroad tracks and moved around our favorite hidden little park for their session. Becky works for Chisholm Trail Veterinary Clinic and Nathan is in law enforcement in Bexar County. We love that they incorporated Nathan’s military service into their session. Enjoy. This couple will marry in late 2014.

Liz and Fide at Texas Old Town, Stone Hall

This wedding was all about family and gosh Liz has a big one! Each family member wore purple in some form or fashion – what a great idea.  The ceremony was lovely and the couple included traditions to honor their Hispanic heritage. The groom hands his bride gold coins as a symbol of his unquestionable trust and confidence. A rope lasso was placed around them by special guests symbolic of their love which will bind them together every day as they share responsibility of their marriage and union. The reception started with a mariachi band while guests dined on traditional Texas fare – yummy barbeque. Toasts, cake, dancing and more pictures than we have ever taken in live photo booth. We have to give a special shout out to the guest who entered the booth with a sign that said – the person taking this picture is awesome. We think she was pretty great, also. We see lots out couples share cake and Liz and Fide were the most natural couple at this ever! Great wedding and fun celebration. Congrats to this awesome couple who both work for Cfan. I will think of them every time I fly. They make the jet engine fan blades that power the GE engines for Boeing.
