A visit from Austin and his Mom

We were happy to start out our May with a visit from our daughter, Lauren, and our grandson, Austin. He is such a great little guy and really loves his Mom. We couldn't help ourselves, we had to set up the studio one morning to take a few shots of this sweet little guy. We don't normally recommend taking portraits between newborn and 6 months but we had enough time to work our schedule and Austin's to get these great shots of him at 3 1/2 months.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Molly's Bridal Portrait Session - UT tower and Lakeway

Molly confirmed everything we tell our brides about doing a bridal portrait session. It is a great trial run for hair and make-up, timing and gets those stomach butterflies gone! We had so much fun with Molly. First, a stop at the UT tower for a quick couple of shots. She is a UT grad and is marrying an Aggie....those football games should be fun! Then off to a family friends home in Lakeway. The house was gorgeous with a wonderful back yard. We roamed around and found many locations to use and the session turned out great. Karen, Clay, Grant to soon to be Rhett!

This session was all about 2. Grant turning 2 and the second baby on the way. Rhett will arrive on May 31st. We have been photographing this family for a while and it sure is great to see them grow. Grant really wanted nothing to do with this session, but we got some great shots regardless of his desire to play verses smile for the camera. Karen and Clay are such a great couple and we will be excited to meet Rhett when he arrives!
